Angus Council is considering selling the Inch Pavilion and Bowling Green, to the Montrose Port Authority for the sum of £201,750.

Under Section 104 of the Community Empowerment (Scotland) Act 2015, before the council disposes or changes the use of any common good property they must publish details of the proposal and consider representations by community councils; community bodies and anyone else.
Full details of the proposal can be found on the Engage Angus and Tell Me Scotland websites and public notices will be also displayed in the vicinity of the ground.
